      Stressmarq DNA損傷檢測試劑盒(SKT-120)特點:

      1. 檢測時間更短  – 新試劑盒的檢測時間由原來的18小時縮短到僅僅1個小時。

      2. 穩(wěn)定性更強(qiáng) – 舊款試劑盒的乙酰膽,堿酯酶和 Ellmans’ 試劑盒被替換成 HRP 以及 TMB,增強(qiáng)了穩(wěn)定性,無需儲存在 -20°C

      3. 簡化的實驗步驟  – 直接標(biāo)記的一抗以及其他組件的改進(jìn)減少了所需試劑,從而簡化了實驗步驟。

      4. 更廣的檢測范圍  – 新試劑盒檢測范圍增加到 0.94 - 60 ng/ml ,這可以減少稀釋步驟并且該范圍可能更適宜生物樣品的讀數(shù)
