      慢性腎病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)目前成為了一個主要的公共衛(wèi)生問題,有越來越多的成年人患有CKD。多年來,針對這種疾病進(jìn)行了大量研究,但仍需要改進(jìn)治療方法并識別和/或預(yù)測患者預(yù)后結(jié)果。已經(jīng)確定在腎臟疾病中起重要作用的一種蛋白質(zhì)是腎損傷分子-1 (KIM-1)。KIM-1是一種30KDa的I型膜蛋白,具有包含免疫球蛋白(Ig)和高度O-糖基化粘蛋白亞結(jié)構(gòu)域以及多個N-糖基化位點的胞外域。它是損傷腎臟近端小管中最高度上調(diào)的蛋白質(zhì)。它在正常腎臟中以非常低的水平存在,但會在損傷期間上調(diào),在多種疾病的尿液中可檢測到。KIM-1可能是腎損傷的生物標(biāo)志物,這表明它在各種腎臟疾病中具有重要意義,例如慢性腎臟疾病,以及急性腎小管壞死和急性腎衰竭。
