      重組人單核小體,由大腸桿菌中表達的重組人組蛋白組裝而成(組蛋白H2AH2BH3H42;Accession numbers:H2A-P04908;H2B-O60814;H3.1-P68431;H4- P62805),纏繞著147個堿基對包含601序列DNA核小體是染色質的基本亞基。由LowaryWidom鑒定的601序列對組蛋白八聚體具有高親和力,有利于核小體的組裝。
