      促黃體生成素(LH)是由垂體前葉的促性腺激素細(xì)胞合成的一種糖蛋白,可促進(jìn)膽固醇在性腺細(xì)胞內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)化為性激素。對(duì)于女性,促黃體生成素會(huì)刺激卵巢釋放卵子,它的周期性的極速上升導(dǎo)致每月的排卵的發(fā)生;對(duì)于男性,促黃體生成素刺激睪丸間質(zhì)細(xì)胞合成睪丸素。顆粒細(xì)胞的黃體化與細(xì)胞增大和黃體酮生成增加有關(guān),顆粒細(xì)胞與卵巢中發(fā)育的配子(卵子)密切相關(guān)。
