樹突狀細胞在腫瘤抗原的表達中起著關鍵作用，能啟動天然和適應性免疫反應。而腫瘤微環(huán)境(Tumor Microenvironment，TME)包含抑制樹突狀細胞分化和成熟的免疫抑制因子網(wǎng)絡。免疫佐劑一直專注于調節(jié)樹突狀細胞的功能，以改善癌癥免疫治療。最近，澳門大學健康科學學院癌癥中心和轉化醫(yī)學研究所團隊在期刊《Nano Today》（IF=20.722）上發(fā)表題為“Manganese-phenolic nanoadjuvant combines sonodynamic therapy with cGAS-STING activation for enhanced cancer immunotherapy."的文章，研究通過metal-phenolic coordination自組裝聲敏聚合物(PEG-b-IR)、谷胱甘肽抑制劑(sabutoclax)、Mn2+和TME酸敏酚聚合物(PEG-b-Pho)，研制出了一種phenolic 納米佐劑。該佐劑展示了SDT介導的ICD效應和Mn2+的聯(lián)合作用促進了cGAS-STING通路的激活，顯著促進了樹突狀細胞的成熟。此外，這種phenolic納米佐劑使腫瘤對PD-L1檢查點阻斷免疫療法高度敏感，從而有效抑制遠處腫瘤的生長并抑制肺轉移，為增強的癌癥免疫療法提供了彌補抗腫瘤免疫不足的治療局限性的潛力。

本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12p70, and IFN-β ELISA kits檢測了血清樣本中這些細胞因子的表達量。
